At the end of Sept, there is a strong possibility that the directors will have to sign off as not being a going concern (less than 6 months expenditure cover). Maybe if they can reduce expenditure this can be delayed to the end of Dec quarter.
Only sales revenue, or another cash injection will prevent this,
