I think 17 cents is a very important position for DOU you can run a horizontal line through the daily candlestick chart for 11 days from 14th of December and it comes up 9 times as either open, close, high. Or every time if given half a penny leeway. This horizontal traverse results in a reversal of the downward trend and is followed by an upswing. This is seemingly happening again. Day 10 today of the same traversing trend around the 17 cent mark. It appears 7 times as either open, close, high or low. Or every time again given that half penny of wiggle room. But still no volume. We seem adrift in the doldrums, but alas i feel a slight breeze starting.
