Not really, I use both Commbank and Up. Commbank because it was the first account I opened when I moved to Australia, and that is set up with most of the services/apps I use, and Up that I’m using for newer services or subscriptions, and its working fine so far with payid.
For Douugh, because you’re able to view your other bank accounts (using open banking), you can have multiple accounts but have Douugh connect to them and get insights into your spending behaviour etc. That’s how they can learn from you using AI
