Starling is the one to use.
I don't think neobanks scale as well as other concepts like BNPL and payments, hence the struggles the industry has faced.
At these prices 250k users is already priced in. Which is fine as long a revenue source is discovered and the user base and revenue/user continue to grow beyond that point.
