Assuming my quick Google search of conversion between Pounds Stirling and AUD is remotely accurate, we will certainly get the upper limit of shares, which is 10M - unfortunately only worth about $7.5M not the $9.75M that the share component is meant to represent. Nonetheless, it is 'exposure'to the graphite and the same amount of cash promised in the first place so we can get back to drilling for gold, copper and Flavour of the Month (new rare earth element, Fm.. .)
