    Are DOW free to buy on market now @ 1.065, or does that violate takeover rules? I can't see why they wouldn't be snapping everything up at these levels, unless they are prevented by takeover rules.

    So I'm in @ 1.065, figure I can wait for the 1.15 with hopes of an increased offer.
