How is this 1.15 going to work? dow would need 31% stake after achieving more than 19.9% isnt it?
So we need 30% of share holders to approve it, otherwise the 90% min acceptance wouldnt happen and t/o dont happen.
Can ppl even snap enough on market during that period to accept it? I mean anything below 1.15 is pure profit am i right?
any1 skim thru those 60 pages? coz im seriously almost falling asleep
