    I can't see why any SPO holder would not accept the offer considering SP was in the low 70's with a very challenged outlook. Holding out for a higher offer is not a game of high stakes poker that I will be playing. I was on verge of taking 40% loss before this TO offer appeared and couldn't believe my eyes when I sighted today's EOD price spike.
