Downer do construction and maintenance, but they are more engineering, not human oriented. They will like AE Smith, Nuvo, and UASG. And im sure they will be motivated to make the defence contracts work.

But cleaning and catering and laundries will be new to them. I think downer will be in for some turbulent times making it all fit, perhaps they might sell off some of it.

If they give up on the single contract services, as was the old plan, and which seem to make more sense now it might open some new opportunities elsewhere for investors, not sure what listed companies might get the work though.
