You asked for corrections so here are two.
Have no idea where you are getting your numbers from. The last quarterly clearly states at page 14 that non-executive directors fees paid during the quarter was $98k which is consistent with the fees paid in FY 2024 Annual Report which showed a total of $381k or circa $95k per quarter.Where are you getting the figure of $176k paid in cash? The other thing you are missing is the one director that has now stood down was receiving an annual directors fee of circa $83k so the amount now being incurred has reduced from circa $95k per quarter to $75k per quarter. Given results to date for TKM probably still too generous but way short of the number you are putting forward.
