BRE has recently reported high grade REE hard rock at Monte Alto (-13.346,-39.621).

We've also seen how weathering products at Monte Alto might be lead NE

down a keel shaped valley (ref GMN post https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/71366418/single ).
That's great, but where does it end up ?

Maybe some gets as far as Brazil's Atlantic beaches, so hot you could toast your thong.

Maybe some lodges in GMN Down Under tenements ?

Looking at an IAC deposit (ref IXR post https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/71374334/single ) more closely it appears that the IAC Deposits may be found inside sediment heaps, not in the adjacent stream beds.

The 3D/2D map above shows how an IAC deposit has a well-defined flat basement (quite shallow), then rises in layers within sediment mounds ( 0.51025, 33.45295 ), as if created in flash flooding events, then left stranded.

The results of the planned exploration in February will be interesting indeed.
