Yes, I mean in this area, TSE got a lot of air this week and everyone focused on midstream pipeline operators like APA, so DOW got forgotten about as usual.
I don't think DOW has such poor form it should be under $4 or even $5 but a contractor in a bearish market will always get some dirt flung at it.
