What a phenomenal decision!
When governments are pumping money into the economy to support households and business in this time of great uncertainty, and when extra bonus money is being given by government to people on pensions (and well done! to them for doing so), DOW is holding back its previously announced dividend. I suppose they think that self-funded retirees can feed themselves with fresh air until September.
What a totally stuffed-up action by the DOW Board - they don't care for the shareholders who depend upon dividends.
