    AGM Resolutions and results.

    As can be seen, there was some significant (imo) opposition to the very generous (imo) performance rights issues. All 4 issues plus the plan had serious opposition. The plan sucks!!!

    Also, interestingly, the 2 female directors had some serious votes against their being returned as Directors. Why? I have an inkling. Anyone care to post about this topic?
