The Calix demonstration plant should tell them how much a full scale project will cost. If they build on it, the $100 million already spent (with government assistance) can be deducted from the price of a full sized project.
Calix may choose not to remain a part owner/operator but retain interest as the builder of the full sized project and possibly by being paid royalties.
