Altogether, I think there are too many options to be guessed at. SE Asia is a huge market and the JV could be located anywhere in that area, but the fact that they mention IRA funds, you could expect they might want to be located closer to the US for convenience and transport costs. The only thing for sure is that it won't be in China because Ganfeng wants to diversify too.

ALSO, is anyone surprised by the comment that a decision on further mine expansion will be made by the end of June this year?

Downstream process as it is at the moment is labour intensive. The plants that are being built need to improve and they will over time. Australia's labour is more expensive than most of Asia however in a lot of cases you get what you pay for
