    I think the proposed Kalgoorlie plant goes a step further and separate out the REE's into individual elements, very costly ! Also they will be paying Australian prices for the construction, last time I built a plant in Oz it cost ~ $3000 /cum (installed cost) for concrete ! and $120/hr for welders !
