IMHO, as a small shareholder, Dr Kelly brings both medical, global investment and shareholder perspectives to the table - a good mix at this stage and also politically acceptable.... behind the scenes he will have access to PCs connections. IMO the BOD recognised these benefits in light of the current strategy - not a bad outcome all round.
