McGregor Grant indicates that both here and Dr Bains are intending to stay. They’ve altered their lives and careers to come into ImpediMed now.

The terms are for everyone to settle in, give trust to shareholders after the way the board spill occurred.
NOT be overtly taking more from IPD with very attractive employment terms right off the bat either.

Could anyone recall or point to the employment terms that were extended to our (thankfully ) departed Ceo ?
He was employed by the ex- chairman- man I can’t abide thinking of anymore. But they’re gone .

What was done here last year, though not fun, not fun at all to go through those months— to spill key board members of ImpediMed including esp the chairman, was remarkable.

Usually just not possible.
However by a great majority of everyone or holder entities who could vote against , the motions were carried to replace existing board members x 4 in IPD with new board majority including McGregor Grant.
A significant other % of holders deliberately abstained from voting so that they did not vote in favour of the exited board members either. And over 60% of the vote was in favour of the targeted board renewal

As was explained in the AGM, due to sensitivity, coming in as has occurred- our new Ceo & was acting Ceo/ MD & now to ongoing serve extremely competently as CFO Mr Grant & Dr Bains, both are committed to serving IPD onwards and excited and happy to be doing so.

We definitely very happy to see Dr Bains commence now, and this very qualified team now forwards
Taking the point though also that there will be further board additions & this otherwise neatens IPD management with McGregor stepping aside from acting Ceo.
Everyone now deserves to be able to deliver their best efforts and leadership, and certainly hope Dr Bains continues onwards as intimated . Listen in is best way , as you hear McGregor answer the question & his genuine response , rather than only reading his words.
