Well, by my reckoning there are now 6 directors on the Board with all areas of expertise covered, including mining, financial, access to fields of expertise / prospective partners, logistics and local community / government negotiators. Now we have experienced female input to the Board, which I don't think will be a bad move in todays environment.
Also remember the old adage - " Pay peanuts and you will get monkeys".
I am happy to sit back and watch things take shape.
