These big players have reputations to keep, and I don't believe they'd come on board without seeing real potential. Look through her resume, BHP, Kimberley Diamonds. She's not about to retire, so she's not going to want to add a dud to the resume.
I understand the general sentiment, I'm down 50%, but I think investment in the team is good. Personally I'm not going anywhere but DYOR.
