I agree that that there is potential here and long term it’s likely to pay off for you, but when exactly does it need to happen for it to be worth it? What kind of return too? Even if it doubles in the next few years, I wouldn’t consider the risk/reward ratio to be worthwhile in the current market conditions. You can get that kind of return in days in the right coy.
