H's willing to be paid via shares a fair chunk of them based on performance. It doesn't look like he's bored doing nothing either and just want something to pass the time- chairman of this and that etc.

He is a very highly respected person with many connections at high levels across the country and internationally so this will help with branding and getting the message out there.

I like that he has worked in health organisations broadly and some involved with troubled youth.

But let's see, he does have an MBA so I guess he's business outcome oriented as well.
