Nor can you fairly claim that :
"If APP was any good then someone would have taken over the company by now.. look at MC - where it was and where it is..."
because no one knows if the app is effective in a hospital situation until new and properly conducted trials of the app are done, after it is tweaked to optimise from recent experience.
Imo, Any takeover bid would not be made before these new trials are done - unless of course the TO Co was already confident that it will work.

My comments about TO was along the lines that management said app is good but samples taken had noise etc.. if FIL believed that story or any other major player believed that story they would have picked another 10% of shares by paying only 6c per share.. No major player out there is buying that story...
