all the things you stating are things that you would like to happen. You want the company to be successful and make a profit one day. Fair enough, I wouldn't be here if I wouldn't want the same and have the same conviction that it will come to that in the near future. The company has been processing well in its indications, I also agree.
But, what someone has done for someone else is irreverent from a financial perspective. This new addition needs to prove that he can advance the company and show that his efforts that have made a change. He is currently an investment that needs to show he can bring the returns to the company.
We are on the same page, I just expect someone do to something noteworthy for Recce before judging if he was a good addition or not.
Credentials are good no doubt about that, so let's wait for the upcoming NR's on all those new indications progressing to next stages.
