The way I initially see it, when juniors add senior positions to their team: it costs more money, hence increasing the risk on the company.
Sadly you have a lot of cases in the junior mining / biotech world, where its all about one pocket to the other at the cost of shareholders. Nepotism at its best...
So let this gentleman prove that he is worth our money, until then I will hold back with the cheering.
