I would be extremely disappointed if Karen was still on the board after the next AGM. One at a time. Am very sure we can and will do so much better.
I want someone with a financial background to take her place- the sooner the better.
Sales- well how many of them are capable of closing a deal- or are some there going through the motions. I would expect Sue to be taking a really good hard look at their results, and getting rid of the dead wood. As I previously stated I wouldn't be judging Sue & Bob on the next 4c- but the one after- I expect results.
