But then I note that you were a strong supporter of Gavin and the old Board at the time of the AGM so your comment isn't surprising.

In my view we are seeing the natural result of someone new in the chair role who is as aware as we are that things have had no congruity for some time and is trying to address the areas that they believe need addressing. As an insider they'd have much more visibility than us. I'm also counting on her history suggesting that failure isn't an option for her but that's guesswork.

And no Gordon I don't see any reason to worship her but just as I was inclined to give Dirk a go before it became clear to me something was amiss, so I'm inclined to give Sue a go.

Maybe foolish but then I have discovered I can be rather prone to trusting the wrong people. Hence your thumbs up. Whether I'll actually ever repair a lifelong tendency to prefer trust over suspicion - well who knows.
