Nice bit of news to share.
The Future Health Research and Innovation Fund (WA Health) has a program whereby it funds clinician researchers to attain a PhD. The successful candidates are fully supported (circa $350k) in a joint effort from the Health Department, University and Hospital. Yesterday it was announced that a member of the team at JHC has been successful in obtaining one of these positions thereby allowing a 4-5 year funded research program to examine the influence of HeraCARE, refine the clinical-facing aspects and report on new knowledge gained from the very large data sets obtained. Predictive models of maternal and neonatal health using AI are included in the grant.
Huge tick of approval I would suggest, and invaluable for the company.
