History has shown me a focused and motivated non - executive Director is a fantastic way to get business outcomes at some very discount rates. We need this additional non -executive muscle as a junior pre producing miner, given we currently cannot afford to pay them executive or consulting market rates. We pay these guys peanuts (approx $70k PA) and not by the hour. These guys are motivated and have reputations to defend, resulting in MNS getting some very serious upside having these people sitting on the board.

Some of the recent appointments in an executive capacity would cost MNS well over $1m pa with a couple of them on that now, or very recently. The others would be in the $500k PA + category.

The MNS story keeps building and will be so much sweeter when the off take deals finally get signed and become binding...
