Share buy back is not common in Aus as in US and Canada. However I'm hoping DRA management will do so.
Though, I think it's better for DRA to keep the cash to reinvest for future growth and also have a cushion for their lawsuit with MACH. They've just come out of restructuring in 2H 2022 and still implementing their plan to 1 - stablize the company, then 2 - Growth.
