    Interesting company on my W/L - trading at low P/E & P/B (even adjusting for IA/DTA) and chunky cash backing - there's definite value here but spread has made me wary.

    Today entire Board gone in one go - and replaced with just one who's an IB guy - is T/O on the cards...?
