What a sh*tshow, another delay and new DFS consultant. All this spucking about DFS release and then bam another 9 months of delays as a minimum (!) on the DFS.
Question is, if they didn't have a DFS Lead appointed (up until a month ago) and SMS were informed not to progress work -why on earth have EMH been reporting on the impending release of DFS? Surely they knew that they were not going to deliver. We are being taken for effing idiots ladies and gents, we are getting conned.
It really seems that they have had a hard reset on the study.
