Worst takeover offer ever...
Regardless of the offer price from this mysterious (dodgy) company, would any local really want shares in a listing in London? That may suit overseas investors, but I wouldn't think locals would be interested. I sold out more than three times the current price as I felt no value was being realised in the share price. There is no way I would have agreed to this rubbish.
