On the basis of your previous post, I had a look back and it was April 2011 since I was regularly posting on Dart. Am not a holder now either, so cannot speak through my pocket. I am still relatively local though, and I still can not see anything in this offer for shareholders beyond the 3.5 cents offered cash. The rest is just hot air. I saw an article last week about the Chinese Molybdenum Co that bought North Parkes mine being cashed up (not sure where it was posted, or even if it was posted on DTM thread). There are better suitors out there. Good luck.
