Appears that is the companies argument.

But it doesn’t align with the GoG intent when the addendum was included in the companies exploration license IMO.

The GoG included the addendum so that companies that were exploring deposits containing elevated levels of uranium, above background levels and more specifically, deposits with JORC defined commercially viable quantities of uranium, were not entitled to an exploitation license. IMHO.

Interesting to note that GGG engaged NUNA law firm to provide council over matters concerning the companies exploration license between circa 2008 - 2014. However they don’t appear to be involved in the arbitration proceedings. I find that rather strange.
