Id say this amended submission was supported by ETMs legal team.
Now they can clearly demonstrate the GoG are not in fact concerned about uranium being utilized.
Their only interest is that soil over 100ppm is not touched.
Which could beg the question as to why. As everybody knows such low levels at Kvanefjld offer little threat to the environment and background levels of the tailings no more than local stream silt.
So what remains to be their concern?
It seems all avenues of justification have been now been exhausted.
Except for the last. Which may well be simply the targeting of ETM and an attempt to stop its process regardless of safety or anything they do.
I think the government isnt thinking this through if they intend to build anything close to a half decent and logical case. In proving they arent deliberately targeting ETM.
The case sacks further against the GoG.
I cant see how they can get out of this one..
