Yes, there is a lot of rubbish going around.
What GGG signed was at a time when they had planned to go ahead with the exploitation of uranium, as well as rare earths..
The government of the day was happy with their going ahead, but made GGG sign an agreement that they would not seek damages if a future government decided that GGG could not exploit uranium.
This has nothing to do with the 100 ppm uranium limit that was slipped in at the last election, so that the now ETM can't exploit its rare earths.
