This is great news.

Not just that DTS will be debt free, the company will also have sufficient funding for the next 12 months+.

Despite the difficult business environment investors are willing to invest into the company after thorough due diligence.

It is unfortunate that the issue price of the new shares is a bit lower than anticipated, but given the circumstances it is still a great deal.

DTS is now probably one of the few technology upstarts in Australia that has funding to overcome any negative impacts due to the corona virus situation.

A lot of companies will go out of business over coming months, DTS just ensured that it is not one of them.

Contracts are signed and the funding deal has been completed.
