I believe there will be major deals signed on a monthly basis soon.

Not sure how much the corona virus issue is slowing down the roll-out but I am sure DTS can overcome any issues and will be in a substantial better position by the end of the year.

The due diligence process clearly took all possible scenarios into account.

I am more than happy to sit on my shares over the next 12months+. I may even add some shares if they should have dips on a weak trading day.
