Tech, now I remembered my post in the other thread that Dragontail was mentioned with Amazon, UPS, DHL and more TIER 1 huge companies that will be benefit after the covid, and the join venture with Oracle....I would think that Yum were to greedy with this low offer, I believe Oracle or any other will increase the bid, that's explaining the volume, smart buying today knowing the minimum price is 23.5 but not the highest.....time will tell!
