there is so much unrealised potential in dragontail that we will miss out on.

the company will grow quickly and benefit from yum but as a shareholder we will be locked out of those benefits and our investment capped at the final offer price

Yum knows this company is a win and is undervalued with huge future potential. Hence the unsolicited offer.

my preference is to not go aheas with this offer and keep my shares. 5 to 10 years this would be worth many dollars
