Stu or anyone well knowing the ASX rules: I'm almost sure that the connection between Eldridge as the major shareholder and being the biggest franchisee, selling the company at this cheap price is illegal. I'm from Belgium so I don't know how to report to the ASX about this scam. Please can someone do this? It's the best way in my opinion to stop this ugly deal. Thanks in advance!
