    I agree. I hope not and I don't think so.

    Businesses especially in the US hardly ever got it easier and cheaper to get money.

    Currently DTS is valued at A$21Million. I think that the DTS' technologies are worth more. $12Million for 25% in DTS is cheap.

    Hope we are hearing from management soon about the deal (going ahead as agreed).

    We will find out.
