I am worried that if I don’t fill in the form correctly they will just withhold 25%.

it is not just a case of filling out and scanning via email. You need appropriate ID/docs according to the entity u bought. I bought in a SMSF and Pty LTD. what I’d docs do I provide. These forms are scary and I worry if I make one small mistake that’s it. I mean I am not expecting Israel tax authorities to send me an email saying pls amend you made a mistake.
