Thanks, not not overly surprised, when I emailed them I got an equally confusing response. I said the box states to tick if under $100USD, what box do I tick if it's over.... the reply was "Correct, you will need to tick the appropriate box in Section B, as applicable to your holding."
wtf......
I hoped to avoid this mess as it's going to take a while to get it back. I'll just hold my breath and wait.
I'm amazed this high quality, responsive share registry doesn't handle more companies. First I've had to deal with them.
