Soooo true. I've emailed them again regarding the documentation if hold less than 100k USD and asked whether the flow chart will be corrected... They sure are unresponsive. Been waiting a week for a response. In the mean time I just hope my tax certificate will come through earlier than the 28 days so that i'm covered either way...
Quite a bit of selling and buying come through yesterday so definitely some that think its not worth their time and some that think it is... If you are holding 1m size parcels you would think you prob have some people to help you fill out this paperwork so it aint too much of a hassle.
