It says "a photocopy of your non-israeli passport and completed israeli withholding tax declaration" - presumably ASR will have an online portal to submit these things. I just assumed they forward these to the ITA and personally I never feel comfortable sending ID overseas. Just me being paranoid I guess ¯\_(ツ_/¯.
Anyway it was a fun ride, wish it lasted longer - thought these guys had real potential. Good luck for your future picks all.
