Stu, I like your posts very much but Do you really believe that Ido and other management team members will get Yum shares?!?!?!? No chance, maybe they state this as part of the deal, NO CHANCE they'll do such a scam! Its fraud! I believe that an higher bid will be released, there is enough time but voting against will cause that the share price will decline to 1 cent. In the meantime I'll vote for this deal and correct me if I'm wrong but after voting there is plenty of time to get an higher bid. Stu, correct me please if I'm wrong. Thanks.
