Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Seems to take a year to get the bugs out of any new mill these days. This is a resource that can run for decades if the mill is fixed. Yes they took the punt and rushed to production and now are having to deal with the consequences. The mill fixes are all quite doable. Survival depends on the tungsten price now more than ever.
If the mill fails then the company fails and there will be no money for court cases?
